1x hard disk drive/ SSD has to be provided by the couple before the start of the events to provide maximum security to the data which will be delivered to the couple with their final edited wedding photos and videos within a week of the full and final payment.
Edited photos (Low Resolution) are delivered within 45 days of the 2nd payment installment.
Edited videos (Low Resolution) are delivered within 45 days of the 2nd payment installment. There can be a maximum of 2 rounds of free alterations allowed.
Photo selection for albums (if any) needs to be done within 45 days of delivery of edited photos, failing to do so, we won’t be liable for delay in the album-making process thereon.
We provide a full refund (Credit Note) in case of Force Majure or Act of God.
We employ the best standards for data storage, but still in the event of loss or damage of data due to technical fault or natural calamity, our liability is limited to the amount on a pro-rata basis for that particular service in that event.
Logistics arrangements for travel, accommodation have to be arranged by the client/ event company.
Fair usage rights (Copyrights are retained by us).
In case, where the signature cannot be physically attained to abide by these T&C, this agreement will be by default in-act.
